Note to Musicians:

If you are a musician and have musical merchandise (e.g. CDs, t-shirts, etc.) you want to sell, here are some guidelines:

  1. •For those musicians who are performing on stage at the festival, you may share a booth with other performers to sell your merchandise.  Please contact us and let us know you are coming.  No vendor fees apply.

  2. •If you are not performing at the festival, but want to sell your musical merchandise at this festival, then you are welcome as a “vendor”.  Vendor fees and procedures apply.

Vendor Information

  1. •Registration fee is $35 without electricity, $45 with electricity
    (number of sites with electricity is limited)

  2. •Late registration fee of $15 added after July 1st

  3. •Standard vendor space is 10x10
    (larger spaces available upon request for more $)

  4. •Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

  5. •Setup by 10:00 am

  6. •Tear Down around sunset (8:30 pm?)

  7. •Vendors provide their own insurance

  8. •Vendor are responsible to pay South Dakota sales tax

  9. •Early registration is appreciated
    (helps us do better planning, advertising & communication)

  2. •If you create art at this festival (pleine air) and want to display or sell it, please contact us and let us know you are coming.  We will find a place for you to setup.  No vendor fees apply.

  3. •If you have art that was created elsewhere (not at this festival) and want to sell it, then you are welcome as a “vendor”.  Vendor fees and procedures apply.
