Aid Stations:

The aid stations will be stocked with real food items, no gel's, shot's, or bar's.  Just fruit, cookies, Power Aide, and plenty of water.

  1. Dalton Lake Trailhead - Make sure you are full here since it is a long way to the next station!

  2. Elk Creek Trailhead - Effort wise, it is easier to keep going than bail!!

  3. I-90 - Water only for those that need to hydrate for the final five miles.

  4. Sturgis City Park -  Free Lunch, cold drinks, and good times!

Camping:

Free camping for race participants is available at the Fort Meade Centennial Trailhead. The Trailhead is 1/2 mile East of the Sturgis City Park at the intersection of SD Hwy 34 and BLM Road. The site is primitive with porta-porty's, and drinking water being the only amenities offered. Tents must be setup on the ball field directly adjacent to the Trailhead.  No open flame is allowed, leave no trace.  The Knifeblade Rock & Roll race course passes through the camp site!
